Extract grill with occupancy sensor (for WC) - 125mm

This extract unit provides a constant base ventilation rate. Maximum flow is activated by an inbuilt occupancy sensor.

It is ideal for extract from WCs.

Note: A 9V alkaline battery (type 6LR61) is required to power the occupancy sensor. This has a life of about 2 years.
