Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

All orders are subject to our standard conditions of sale.

The Evohome Base Pack (ATP921R3100) is the heart of the Evohome system.   The Evohome Base Pack contains:

1 x Honeywell Evohome WiFi controller with White fascia (ATC928G3000)
1 x Wireless Relay Box (BDR91T1004)
1 x Table stand and power lead.

The multi-zone evohome controller controls the time and temperature of up to 12 heating zones plus a domestic hot water supply if required. Each zone has independent time and temperature control.
It has a backlit colour LCD screen. The unit can either be wall mounted (ATF600) with an external power supply or table mounted on the table stand.  The evohome controller can be removed from the stand for easy programming for up to 2 hours before returning to the stand for charging. The colour of the surround can be changed to either black or silver (Optional Extra). A choice of idle screens, analogue or digital clock displays and a choice of day or night mode increases the aesthetic appeal of the most visible part of the evohome system. When controlling the heating system the evohome controller has a number of features that make operation easy. The evohome controller can act as a room thermostat on its own. Zone names can be input to match the actual property and the zones can be controlled as multi-room or as single-room zones. Zones can be configured to give individual local override of a room or rooms within the zone.
