Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

The EHL series heater has a patented two stage burner technology, providing more comfort while saving valuable energy. It is a gas fired radiant heater which emulates the efficiency of the sun by generating radiant energy that is converted into heat when absorbed by objects in its path. It heats surfaces, producing comfort even in draughty hard to heat locations. Once the infra-red energy is absorbed by the floors, machinery, stock and people, it is then re-radiated to warm the surrounding air. Performance is enhanced through the use of a specially designed stainless steel burner and coated titanium and/or aluminized steel combustion and radiant emitter tubes. The EHL series offers superior low intensity heat, performance and longevity.

Ideal for heating factories, warehouses, workshops and sports halls, the heaters may be installed singly or as part of a system.

Linear heater models provide more distributed heating patterns and are ideal in applications where a lower radiant intensity is required.
