How often should I service my heat pump?
Heat pumps should be serviced at least once a year, ideally before the start of the cold season. Regular servicing catches potential issues early and ensures your system operates efficiently.
Will skipping a service affect my warranty?

What happens during a heat pump service?
Our engineer will inspect the full system, clean the outdoor unit and filters, check refrigerant levels, verify system pressure and flow rates, and optimise your controller settings. A full digital service report is emailed to you on the day.
