Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

The Guntamatic Biocom 75/100 models are high output, high-efficiency wood pellet boilers. They are complete with a vacuum pellet feeding system and discharge screw conveyor for the pellet store.

The boilers feature a self-cleaning moving step grate which ensures excellent efficiency and minimizes ash buildup. It also ensures excellent load matching of the boiler heat output as the speed control of the grate provides a wide modulation range.
The tubular heat exchanger is permanently cleaned by moving turbulators, enabling it to utilise the entire heating energy of the fuel.

The Biocom 75/100 models offer excellent quality and reliability - it contains extremely robust agitator and screw conveyor design, gearboxes and motors of the highest quality along with a silicon-carbide lined cyclonic combustion chamber.
