Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

The Quantix pre‑packaged cylinder 180/50 is designed to provide a stylish indoor unit to couple with the Quantix S range of heat pumps.  

The pre-packaged unit contains:

  • 180 litre 2205-grade stainless steel cylinder
  • 50 litre buffer tank
  • CH Expansion valve
  • In-built immersion
  • Modern touchscreen controller
  • Central heating pump

It can be quickly connected to a Quantix S heat pump using the 4-core communications cable which is included with the heat pump.

The pre-packaged cylinder supports up to two heating zones by connecting chronostats and zone valves.  Hot water is automatically controlled and the anti-legionella function manages the immersion automatically.
