Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

All orders are subject to our standard conditions of sale.

The UB Inox storage tank unit range is made of stainless steel, ideal for containing domestic hot water, with upper inspection flange. 


The UB Inox storage tank units are equipped with:

• 2 removable, stainless steel double concentric coil water/ water heat exchangers (1 for UB INOX 80 V2 model)

• 8 bar safety valve and 8 litre domestic hot water expansion vessel with 2.5 bar pre-charge

• 2 probe-supports and NTC probe for Immergas boiler connection < 35 kW

• Storage tank draining valve

• Thermometer and thermometer probe

• Magnesium anode

• Soft upper, lower and frontal insulation two-layer perimeter insulation

• Connection to solar collectors with optional kits for UB INOX 120 V2 and 200 V2 models

• Set up for insertion of solar control unit for UB INOX 120 V2 and 200 V2
