Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

The VICTRIX 24kW R is the solution when you want to renovate an old fashioned open vented gas fired central heating system.  It has all of the advantages of a modern boiler. The latest electronic technology has been used in the boiler controls yet it remains very simple to use.  The boiler complies with the new ErP directive, meaning that the boiler is fuel efficient and is supplied with an EcoLabel.

  • 4 star Energy Efficiency (92/42 EU Directive).
  • Gas consumption reduced by up to 30% compared with traditional boilers.
  • Wide modulation range of 20 - 100% to exactly match heating needs.
  • Weather compensation - The boiler can automatically adapt it's operating temperature to the prevailing weather conditions. This enhances comfort and energy savings.
  • Hot Water priority control - The boiler incorporates an output for a diverting valve which may be used to control the domestic hot water heating. A temperature sensor may be mounted on the water heating tank and directly connected to the boiler. Hot water is then produced automatically on demand.
  • Long life heat exchanger manufactured from 316L stainless steel.
  • Inbuilt frost protection to -5 °C.

The boiler is eligible for an extended (6 year) warranty if it is installed along with an extended warranty kit (see accessories) by an RVR Approved Installer.
