Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

New floor-standing boiler with integrated stainless steel storage tank characterised by high production and fast delivery of domestic hot water. 

The variety of the range satisfies the different system needs: HERCULES MINI 35 compact with 54 litres storage tank, HERCULES 25, 35 and 35 ABT with 120 litres storage tank for large homes and HERCULES SOLAR 25 with 200 litres storage tank and "solar ready" thanks to the standard equipment for connection to the solar thermal system.

Wide modulation range (from 10% to 100% of the power) to save energy and large section condensing module to reduce the risk of clogging. All models in class 6, the most ecological and if combined with a modulating thermoregulator Immergas (such as CAR V2/Wireless Ambient Sensor plus external probe or SMARTECH PLUS) they reach an A+ energy classification.

Certified Hydrogen Ready they can work with a single code on methane, LPG, propane air and blend up to 20% hydrogen.
