Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

All orders are subject to our standard conditions of sale.

The Victrix Superior 32 X 2 ErP is a 35kW system boiler.  The advanced design makes this boiler highly reliable and easily serviced. 

New electronic controls reduce running costs by improving the boilers part-load performance, enables high seasonal efficiency.  The minimum modulation level is now 12.5% of maximum boiler capacity. 

The boiler contains a highly efficient modulating pump resulting in savings in electrical use.

  •      Ecofriendly - low NOx emissions (class 5)
  •     New low pressure drop condensing heat exchanger module
  •     Modulating heat output from 125% to 100%
  •     Gas Type adjustment via control board parameters;
  •     Adjustable system by-pass
  •     Standard frost protection to -3 °C.
  •     Range of optional kits for connection to system and DHW tank.

The boiler is eligible for an extended (6 year) warranty if it is installed along with an extended warranty kit (see accessories) by an RVR Approved Installer.

Note: Flue kit is not included and must be purchased separately - see accessories below.
