Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

All orders are subject to our standard conditions of sale.

The Immergas Hydro 5 / Hydro 8 are monobloc type air to water heat pumps with a 200L Pre-Plumbed 200 indoor unit.

The Hydro uses R32 refrigerant and features an inverter controlled twin rotary compressor capable of operating in outdoor temperatures as low as -25°C.

The highly insulated 200 litre indoor unit has a pre-installed manifold capable of supplying up to two two heating zones and includes the controls, manifold, flowmeter and manometer, circulating pump, CH safety valve, drain valve,   zone valve and domestic hot water 2-way valve.  A second heating zone may be added by installing a second heating zone valve. 

The DHW safety group, T&P valve, tundish, hot water sensotm filling loop and immersion heater are all already mounted.  A DHW expansion vessel is also supplied.
